back to trainings on fri and saturday left me extremely drained.
like extremely extremely.
i've never felt so drained, so dead before.
it's like losing the momentum,
felt very weirdddd.
ultimate calve(S) cramps while rowing,
never had the problem of feeling that i'm nt sitting proper before,
but i felt it on Saturday.

starts that were basically not even Starts at all.

we rushed home, changed,
met audrey&jenny at fareast!
decided to forget about the horrible training experience,
and WAH, we were the ultimate.
we ONLY shopped at fareast,
and stayed there for FOUR hours!!!
i think we really conquered almost all the stores there.
shopping was supersupersuper productive!
